Actor-filmmaker Anshuman Jha’s First Ray Films has announced a six film slate comprising of diverse stories on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. The slate will be showcased at Marché Du Film at Cannes Film Festival 2026 which will be held in May.
The slate comprises of films that are planned to release in 2026, 2027 and 2028. Under the theatrical section, Lakadbaggha 2: The Monkey Business remains the highlight, which has been directed by Anshuman and also stars him in the lead role. The film is set to be released in November this year and also stars Adil Hussain and Sarah Jane Dias.
