Mumbai: Former leader of the opposition in the legislative council, Ambadas Danve, received death threats over the phone recently, with the caller saying, “kapun taku.. marun taku.. bayka porana marun taku” (will kill you and family members), said Sena UBT MLC Anil Parab in the legislative council on Monday. Danve received the calls on March 11, 12, 13 and 14 from an unknown caller. Parab also demanded adequate police protection for Danve from Sena UBT.
