Woman molested in hospital dies: Two days after a woman was allegedly molested at Jag Pravesh Chandra (JPC) hospital in northeast Delhi by another patient, she died under treatment at GTB hospital on Wednesday. According to police, the woman was admitted to JPC hospital on June 21. A complaint was filed at New Usmanpur police station on June 23 regarding the alleged case of molestation. “When a police team reached the spot, they found that a female patient admitted to the hospital was sexually assaulted by another patient when she stepped out of her ward during treatment,” police said. “A case was registered and a 23-year-old man was arrested,” the officer added.tnn
