Pune: A motorcycle rider, Umesh Uttamrao Balande (29) of Charholi near Alandi, died while the pillion rider sustained injuries after an unidentified vehicle hit their motorcycle from behind on the Sangamwadi-Shahdawal Baba Dargah Road in Yerawada around 10pm on Aug 10. Balande’s relative, Navnath Rode (32) of Katraj, lodged a complaint with the Yerawada police on Saturday.
