Saiyami Kher to play a photographer in Vikram Phadnis’ next; first look out

Actor Saiyami Kher will be seen playing a photographer in fashion designer and director Vikram Phadnis’ upcoming film. The actor’s team shared her first look from the film with the press.

In the first look, she’s holding a professional camera amidst a natural outdoor backdrop. As per a press release, Saiyami took inspiration from her real life friend, fashion photographer, Taras Taraporvala for her role in the film.

Speaking about the film, Saiyami said in a statement, Vikram narrated the film and it was a yes right away for me. Again I’m very grateful that I got such an author backed role. Actors like myself are dying to get such meaty parts, so every time I get an opportunity like this I consider myself very blessed. This film is deeply personal to Vikram and it adds even more responsibility on me to live up to his expectations.”

The currently untitled film also stars Tahir Raj Bhasin, Vineet Kumar Singh in pivotal roles. More details from it are awaited.

Saiyami was last seen in Sunny Deol’s Jaat (2025). She also has Akshay Kumar’s Haiwaan in the pipeline.
