New Delhi: A 15-year-old was critically stabbed by three men after an argument over playing music in North West Delhi’s Swaroop Nagar. Police arrested one man.The incident occurred on June 5 after cops received information from the hospital about the admission of the victim in critical condition.“The victim sustained two stab injuries to the chest and one stab wound to the left thigh. He was admitted to the hospital in critical condition and was unable to give a statement,” said Deputy Commissioner of Police (Outer North) Hareshwar V Swami.Preliminary investigation revealed that on the intervening night of June 4-5, the victim came to attend the wedding of his friend’s sister in Swaroop Nagar. A dispute reportedly arose over the DJ music being played at the event. Three men were identified, who were friends of the bride’s brother. One of them was apprehended while two are absconding. A knife used in the commission of the crime was recovered from the accused’s possession. The accused is a resident of Timarpur and is unemployed. TNN
