The Indian TV industry has voiced its support for the Indian armed forces following the growing military tensions between India and Pakistan. As a result of Pakistan’s attempt to attack, it led to countermeasures and a complete blackout. Amid this, several celebrities have extended their support to the nation and offered prayers for the safety and well-being of people.

On Monday, actress Shivangi Joshi also took to her Instagram handle to share her support for the Indian armed forces. Sharing a moving note on social media, the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress wrote, “Endless gratitude to our Indian Armed Forces for your unwavering strength, courage, and dedication. More strength, always, to the families whose quiet resilience, steady hearts, and silent sacrifices are the foundation of every soldier’s courage.”

She further revealed that she comes from a family which has served the nation, writing, “As someone whose own family has served, and continues to serve, in the Indian Army, this pride runs deep, echoing in every heartbeat. Because of you, we rise in freedom, rest in peace, and dream without fear. Jai Hind.”

Shivangi concluded her post with a heartfelt message, which read, “With all my love, respect, and boundless pride for the nation and for those who guard it.”

A few days ago, Anupamaa fame Rupali Ganguly reacted to a message shared by Fawad Khan, where he called Operation Sindoor ‘shameful.’ To which she replied, “You working in Indian films was also ‘shameful’ for us.” The actress further shared, “Unfollowing me won’t bring any betterment to your country. First, ask your government and army to stop terrorism against India — this will be the only way for the betterment of Pakistan. Your following or unfollowing may make a difference to an artist, but not to an Indian. And I’m an Indian first. A proud INDIAN.”

On the other hand, TV actor Abhinav Shukla took a dig at Bollywood stars for staying silent amid the India-Pakistan conflict. He said, “The so-called iconic Bollywood heroes are silent and are careful about what to say on social media about #IndoPakConflict!”
