New Delhi: Days after a woman and her daughter were found murdered, with their bodies concealed inside a bed box at their home in southeast Delhi’s Sarita Vihar, police arrested the main accused from Bihar. An officer said the accused, who works as an accountant and was a neighbour of the victims, is suspected to have acted in a fit of rage after the woman allegedly rejected his advances. “While initial medical examinations showed no obvious external wounds, the postmortem indicated strangulation and smothering.
