Raksha Bandhan Special: Moong Dal Kalakand Recipe


Ingredients
   Yellow Moong Dal – 1 cup (soaked for 2-3 hours)
   Milk – 2 cups (full-fat)
   Condensed Milk – 1 cup
   Ghee – 2 tablespoons
   Sugar – 2-3 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
   Cardamom Powder – ½ teaspoon
   Chopped Nuts – 2 tablespoons (almonds, pistachios, optional)
   Saffron strands – a few (optional, for aroma and colour)
