MUMBAI: Internationally acclaimed cake artist Prachi Dhabal Deb, who has earned three world records from the World Book of Records, London, graced the prestigious Indian Cake Awards (ICA) as head judge and advisory board member. In 2024, she was honored in London by British MP Bob Blackman for her contribution to Royal Icing Art, and during India Week 2024, she was felicitated at Oxford University and the UK Parliament. She has also been recognized by Indian Union Ministers (2022) and the Governor of Maharashtra (2021).Founder of Cake Décor India, Royal Icing Art, Prachi set a world record by creating the tallest vegetarian royal icing hand-piped structure measuring 6 feet 4 inches and weighing over 100 kilograms.Her journey reflects unmatched creativity and dedication.
