New Delhi: A 39-year-old proclaimed offender was arrested on Sunday after an extensive surveillance was conducted covering over 100 km. The accused, Sudhir Verma, was declared an absconder in a case registered under the Negotiable Instruments Act at the Dwarka South police station. “Verma is a resident of Haryana’s Palwal district,” said DCP (Dwarka) Ankit Singh.
