Navi Mumbai: Stray dogs have bitten five persons in a village near Neral spreading fear. The victims include school students and locals who have been undergoing treatment at Raigad hospital. Locals demanded the gram panchayat to take necessary steps to control stray menace. The villagers have said those releasing stray dogs after bringing them from elsewhere has lead to the rise of such incidents.
