2 young people jump in Mahim creek
MUMBAI: Two individuals jumped into Mumbai’s Mahim Creek on Tuesday morning at 11.30 am, leading to an immediate rescue operation by police and fire brigade officials.One of the persons was identified as Kalandar Altaf Khan, a resident from the Bandra Lalmatti area.The incident was reported to the fire brigade control room by a caller, who witnessed the jump.Fire personnel, along with police and local fishermen, quickly arrived at the location to conduct search and rescue operations.The rescue operation was still in progress at the time of reporting.
