Mumbai: Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax department arrested Ibrahim Aslam Dholakya (38), proprietor of Dholakya Enterprises, for falsely claiming Input Tax Credit of Rs 11.8 crore without the actual receipt or supply of goods or services. He was produced before court, which remanded him to police custody.
