NEW DELHI: The Bombay High Court received a bomb threat on Friday, prompting a thorough search of the premises, Mumbai Police officials said.Authorities confirmed that nothing suspicious was found on the court premises.Security at the court has been tightened following the threat, with additional checks and surveillance measures put in place.This marks the second bomb threat reported at the High Court in recent times.In a similar incident on Friday, 12 September, the Bombay High Court complex was evacuated after a threat was received on the court’s official email address, warning of a possible bomb blast. The evacuation led to the suspension of hearings and prompted an immediate search operation by police and bomb detection teams, but nothing suspicious was found, Mumbai Police said.(With inputs from agencies)
