Mumbai: The Mumbai airport commissioned “Taxiway M”, a new parallel taxiway along main runway 09/27 on Dec 25, said Mumbai International Airport Ltd (MIAL) on Tuesday.”The new taxiway allows more efficient departure sequencing, allowing aircraft to move onto the runway and take-off promptly, and allow aircraft to queue on the taxiway while awaiting take-off clearance,” said MIAL. tnn
