Mumbai: Abdul Rafiq Ansari, who has been booked in more than 40 prior offences and was recently released from prison, was arrested in a recent burglary at Malad (E), along with three associates, including a woman.She hid the stolen gold and silver in a dustbin when she learnt that cops were on her trail. tnn
