Pune: Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics will host a conference on the Goods and Services Tax (GST) to discuss the benefits of the latest changes brought into effect in 2025. The event will be held on Friday (Mar 13) across three sessions.GIPE has included academicians, practitioners and govt officials to speak at the event, Nitin Kareer, chairman, Maharashtra State Finance Commission, Sanjali Dias, joint commissioner of state tax (GST) at GoM and Santishree Pandit, vice chancellor, Jawaharlal Nehru University. The conference is organised in coordination with Indian Council for Social Science Research (ICSSR).
