The Central selectors also drafted in Madhya Pradesh pacer Kuldeep Sen and Rajasthan spinner Ajay Singh Kukna, who will replace Khaleel Ahmed and Manav Suthar, respectively.The changes were necessitated after Thakur, Dubey, Khaleel and Suthar were called up to the India A squad for the two unofficial four-day Tests against Australia A in Lucknow, scheduled from September 16–19 and 23–26.The Duleep Trophy final will be played from September 11–15 at the Centre of Excellence Grounds, Bengaluru, with both sides reaching the summit clash in similar fashion.
