New Delhi: A 40-year-old driver was seriously injured after being allegedly attacked with a kirpan during a parking dispute on Jantar Mantar Road in New Delhi. The incident occured on Aug 6, police said on Friday.According to police, the victim, Rakesh, was assaulted after an argument over moving his vehicle. Two accused, Gaurav Sharma of Shahdara and Hardeep Singh of Punjab, were arrested the same day, while a third suspect remains absconding.Passers-by rushed Rakesh to RML Hospital, where he underwent medical treatment and was discharged later. Police have registered a case at Parliament Street station and are scanning CCTV footage to trace the absconding accused. TNN
