Jennifer Lawrence, Robert Pattinson in stills from ‘Die My Love’
The trailer of the upcoming psychological drama Die My Love, starring Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson, was unveiled by the makers on Friday (September 5). Directed by Lynne Ramsay (of Ratcatcher and You Were Never Really Here fame), the film is slated to release in the US on November 7.
The trailer shows Grace (Lawrence) and Jackson (Pattinson) as a young married couple, happy and in love, living the quiet suburban life. But things take an intense turn as they become a menace to each other. Grace apparently struggles with post-partum psychological issues, but the experience only seems to embolden her, as she discovers newer facets to her existence. The trailer, cut without any dialogues, intrigues without revealing too much about the plot.

The cast of Die My Love also features Sissy Spacek, Nick Nolte and LaKeith Stanfield. The film has a script written by Enda Walsh, Ramsay and Alice Birch, all of whom adapted the screenplay from the book by Ariana Harwicz.
Die My Love premiered earlier this year at the Cannes Film Festival, after which Mubi bought the distribution rights of the film for $24 million.
Filmmaking legend Martin Scorsese produces the film with Andrea Calderwood, Justine Ciarrocchi, Jennifer Lawrence, Thad Luckinbill, Trent Luckinbill, and Molly Smith.
