
Ranveer Singh in ‘Dhurandhar The Revenge’

Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar The Revengehas opened big at the box office, earning over Rs 203 crore, as per the early estimates tracked by Sacnilk. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, Sara Arjun and Rakesh Bedi in pivotal roles.
The film earned over Rs 43 crore from paid previews on Wednesday (March 18), the highest ever for an Indian film, Rs 102.55 crore on its opening day on Thursday (March 19), and approximately Rs 58.98 crore on Friday (March 20) making its total India earnings to around Rs 203 crore.

The spy-thriller has already surpassed the opening day numbers of recent Hindi blockbusters, including Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan (Rs 75 crore) and Pathaan (Rs 57 crore) as well as horror-comedy Stree 2 (Rs 54 crore).
The film opened in cinemas with a record advance bookings of over 15 lakh tickets sold, including paid previews on Wednesday. It is expected to surpass the success of the first part, which earned Rs 1,300 crore worldwide after its December 2025 release.
Produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Lokesh Dhar, Dhurandhar: The Revenge takes ahead the story from the first part, giving a background into the character of Jaskirat Singh Rangi, played by Ranveer along with uncovering the narrative of the covert operative Hamza, working as a gangster in Pakistan’s Lyari.
