With the MNS getting the permission, the Shiv Sena (UBT) and MNS will hold a joint rally on Sunday. Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray and MNS chief Raj Thackeray will jointly address the rally, a first for the Thackeray cousins in over 20 years. So far, the two cousins have begun shakha visits across the city as part of the BMC election campaign. Both Raj and Uddhav are visiting shakhas and have visited over 20 shakhas each and interacted with party office bearers. “The two cousins will share the stage and address the rally after 20 years. This will have a big impact and it will mobilise our cadre and also help up the ante against MahaYuti,” a Sena (UBT) functionary said. – Chaitanya Marpakwar
