MUMBAI: Kunal Waghmare, 38, an assistant law officer posted at the BMC headquarters, passed away on Tuesday afternoon after complaining of chest pain.Civic officials said Waghmare was rushed to St George Hospital after he reported discomfort. He was declared dead at 3pm. tnn
