Vasai: A 4-year-old girl was crushed to death by a pickup tempo carrying water jars in Vasai on Saturday at 4pm. The girl was playing in her locality at Khairapada when the accident occurred. She was rushed to a nearby hospital but was declared brought dead.Following the incident, the driver fled the scene, prompting a search operation by the police. Senior police inspector Dilip Ghughe confirmed that a case has been registered and efforts are underwayarrest the accused.
