New Delhi: Delhi govt’s Directorate of Education has extended the deadline for submitting online applications for CM Shri Schools entrance exam for academic session 2026-27. Students seeking admission to classes VI, IX and XI can now submit their applications until 5 pm on March 25. The education department decided to extend it after receiving numerous requests from students and parents for additional time to complete the application process. The Directorate of Education earlier released guidelines for conducting the entrance examination for CM Shri Schools through circulars issued on Feb 25 and later on March 6. Following this, many students and parents requested that the deadline for submitting applications be extended. The notice also states that students who have already submitted their online applications will be given an opportunity to make corrections in their forms. For this purpose, a correction window will be open from March 21 to March 26, until 5 pm. During this period, candidates will be able to log in to the official portal and modify their forms. Applicants have been advised to regularly check the official DoE website for updates and guidelines related to the admission process. Information regarding the entrance examination, the application process and other important updates will be released on the portal from time to time. Students and parents were also advised to carefully fill in all the required information in the application forms to avoid any difficulties later in the admission process.
