According to a new SEC filing, Strategy funded its latest Bitcoin acquisitions using net proceeds from sales of its securities under its at-the-market (ATM) offering program.
Last week, the company sold 70,201 STRC shares and over 1.6 million MSTR shares, generating around $264 million in proceeds.
The move continues Strategy’s approach of accumulating Bitcoin as its primary treasury reserve asset. Saylor has directed the firm’s ongoing Bitcoin acquisitions as part of its core financial strategy.
