Pune: A 25-year-old scrap vendor died after a container truck crashed into their shop along the Pune-Solapur highway at Patas in Daund Taluka, about 80km from Pune. The accident happened in the early hours of Wednesday, when the victim and his four workers were sleeping inside the shop. The workers escaped unhurt in the accident, Pune Rural police said. TNN
