Thane: A 54-year-old woman died after she “accidentally” consumed a highly toxic poison kept at her home in Thane for grain protection, police said. Cops have registered a case of accidental death.“Preliminary inquiry indicates the substance was kept for fumigation of stored grains. The woman consumed it unknowingly. We are conducting a detailed probe to confirm all circumstances,” a police said.
