Mumbai: Several passengers were left in the lurch as services on Metro 7 and 2A were delayed for two hours on Sunday night. A Metro spokesperson said, “Due to a temporary technical issue, services on Line 2A and Line 7 are running with delays.” The technical issue was resolved and services were restored as per the normal weekend schedule only after 9 pm. Sources said the trains were running on Sunday timetable and frequency not like regular days. A passenger said, “I came out of the station because Metro officials said there were no trains for half hour and not expected for another half hour.”
