Pune: The Pimpri Chinchwad police on Friday arrested four men in connection with the murder of property dealer Nitin Gilbile inside an SUV in Charholi on Wednesday.Confirming the development, deputy commissioner of police (crime) Shivaji Pawar said, “The reason behind the murder is being investigated.” The crime branch took two of the accused into custody from the Tamhini Ghat area in Mulshi taluka. The police recovered the black sports utility vehicle (SUV) in which Gilbile was shot dead. The Dighi police took the two other accused into custody.Gilbile, a property dealer and restaurant owner, was shot dead inside the SUV in Charholi on Wednesday evening. The assailants then dragged his body out of the vehicle and drove away from there. The accused were Gilbile’s friends. Prima facie, he was murdered over some property dispute.
