Pune: The Sahakarnagar police detained a man (28) after a PMPML bus conductor (42) on Thursday registered a complaint stating that he molested her onboard a bus around 4.30pm on Wednesday.The police said the conductor asked for the man’s destination when the bus was heading towards Swargate from Katraj. She gave him a ticket. Senior inspector Vitthal Pawar of Sahakarnagar police told TOI, “There was an argument between the detained man and the conductor over an issue of change. Following this, he touched her inappropriately.”“The detained man visited Pune city in search of a job,” he said. “We will serve him a notice asking him to cooperate with the investigation of the case,” he said.
