Mumbai: Municipal Commissioner Bhushan Gagrani on Saturday visited the site of twin tunnel project at Dadasaheb Phalke Chitranagari in Goregaon under Phase 3 (B) of the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road project, and directed that the project be expedited. Gagrani also instructed civic officials to quickly carry out the process of obtaining various permissions and no-objection certificates required to start work on the Versova-Bhayander under the Mumbai Coastal Road (North) project.
