NEW DELHI: A 28-year-old man was stabbed to death in North East Delhi’s Bhajanpura on Monday.The deceased has been identified as Abhishek Sharma, also known as Teenu, a resident of Yamuna Vihar.According to police, the team received information about a stabbing incident in Subhash Vihar at around 11.09 am from Bhajanpura police station.
Police immediately rushed to the scene, and Sharma was taken to hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival.A case has been registered under Section 103 (murder) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita at Bhajanpura police station.Authorities suspect the involvement of the woman’s family members, including her brother, who allegedly attacked Sharma over a suspected love affair.
