Pune: A 22-year-old youth was arrested by the Baner police on charge of stealing 12 “Tashas” from a Dhol-Tasha group located on Sus-Pashan Road. The accused has been identified as Wasim Shaikh, a resident of Sus. Following the complaint, a Baner police team led by senior police inspector Chandrakant Sawant examined the CCTV footage to zero down on Wasim Shaikh. The police have recovered all 12 stolen “Tashas”.
