Pune: Kalepadal police on Tuesday arrested three men on charges of vandalising each other’s tourist cars over a parking dispute at an open plot near Tulja Bhavani Mata Mandir around 11.30pm on Monday.The arrested people are Feroz Shaikh (30), Vikas Pansare (26) and Kunal Gade (29), all from Kalepadal.“The trio quarrelled among themselves on the parking issue for their particular cars at a specific location on the open plot. They abused each other and then went on to damage each other’s cars. They damages front and rear windshields of the cars. They also abused and pelted stones at an autorickshaw after its driver tried to intervene and resolve the matter,” said senior inspector Mansingh Patil of the Kalepadal police.Patil said the suspects were parking cars on the open private plot opposite their residence for several years. Local residents also park their two/four wheelers at the spot, but there is no dispute. The dispute erupted among the drivers over as petty issue as parking at a particular place.
