New Delhi: A 23-year-old man died, and two others were injured after their motorcycle was hit by a truck in northwest Delhi’s Swaroop Nagar. The incident occurred around 4 am on July 4, near Swaroop Nagar Flyover on the main bypass highway.According to police, a call was received reporting the accident, and a police team was dispatched. At the scene, they found the damaged motorcycle, but the injured were already taken to BJRM Hospital.At the hospital, one of the victims, Vishal (23), was declared brought dead. His two friends, Mohit (19) and Vicky (20), were undergoing treatment. Initial investigations revealed that the three were travelling on a motorcycle from Sonepat, with Vishal riding, Mohit sitting in the middle, and Vicky as the pillion rider.As they reached the accident spot, a speeding truck allegedly hit their motorcycle from the right rear side, causing the trio to fall and suffer injuries. The truck driver reportedly fled the scene after the collision. tnn
