‘Vibe’: Kunal Kemmu’s action-comedy gets theatrical release date

Vibe, Kunal Kemmu’s second directorial afterMadgaon Express, has a theatrical release date. The film, written and directed by Kemmu and also featuring him in the lead, will be released in theatres on September 18.

The film also stars Preity Zinta, Sparsh Shrivastava, and Vanshika Dhir in pivotal roles. As per a press release, “The film tells the story of two inseparable friends whose ordinary, unassuming lives spiral into an unpredictable, high-energy adventure that pushes their survival instincts and friendship to the limit.”

It is produced by Kemmu and Chirag Nihalani under the banner of Drongo Films.

Kemmu made his directorial debut in 2024 with Madgaon Express, which starred Pratik Gandhi, Avinash Tiwary and Divyenndu in the lead. It tells the story of three friends whose Goa trip ends up in a nightmare as they cross paths with drug lords.

Meanwhile, Preity will also be seen in Sunny Deol’s Lahore 1947, which is backed by Aamir Khan and directed by Rajkumar Santoshi.
