Hanuman symbolises strength. Devotees who pray to Him often experience immense inner power and resilience. They also feel protected at all times, especially during difficult phases. Worshipping Him signifies selfless service and complete devotion.

Praying to Hanuman Ji is also considered a powerful astrological remedy. He is strongly associated with Mangal and is believed to have the power to pacify the effects of Shani.

The benefits include:

● Strengthening Mangal (power, action, courage)

● Calming Shani (karma, delays, suffering, discipline)

Therefore, individuals who constantly face challenges in life are often advised to pray to Hanuman Ji. Whether it is health concerns, legal issues, business problems, relationship struggles, or persistent fear, devotion to Him is believed to provide strength and relief.

Thus, performing Hanuman Pooja and chanting the Hanuman Chalisa are recommended practices to protect oneself from difficulties.
