Mumbai: The Dharavi Redevelopment Project and the Slum Rehabilitation Authority have been formally appointed as the special planning authority for the 8.5 hectares (21.25 acres) Kurla dairy land. Both agencies are part of the Special Purpose Vehicle, Navbharat Mega Developer Pvt Ltd, set up to execute the Dharavi Redevelopment Project. The physical possession of the land was handed over to the Dharavi Redevelopment Project in Feb this year. The Navbharat Mega Developer Pvt Ltd paid Rs 58 crore for the plot.tnn
