New Delhi: A 22-year-old man was allegedly stabbed to death by a relative on Saturday morning in Outer Delhi’s Paschim Vihar over suspicions of an illicit relationship with the attacker’s mother.The deceased was identified as Aman Kumar.According to police, a PCR call was received at 2:27 pm reporting a stabbing incident in the area. On reaching the spot, the cops learned that Aman was accompanying a woman when he was suddenly attacked.Preliminary investigations revealed that the assailant, identified as 18-year-old man, approached Aman on a motorcycle and stabbed him before fleeing the scene. Aman was rushed to Sanjay Gandhi Hospital, where he was declared brought dead.Initial inquiry indicates that the motive behind the attack stemmed from woman’s son suspicion of an illicit relationship between his mother and Aman.Police have registered a case of murder, and multiple teams have been deployed to track down the accused. Authorities are also reviewing CCTV footage in the area to help locate the suspect.
